Neck Contouring

This is a 32 year-old Hispanic female who wanted to improve her heavy neck. She underwent neck contouring under local anesthesia incorporating liposuction, Renuvion plasma subdermal coagulation, and SIMI lift through a small incision under the chin.

Doctor's Notes

This patient presented with excess fat both above the muscle and below the muscle of the neck. Her case required a combination of liposuction (to remove fat above the muscle) and open excision (to remove fat under the muscle) through a small opening under the chin.
