Breast Augmentation
This is a 32 year-old Caucasian female who presented with naturally small breasts. She desired larger and fuller breasts and underwent breast augmentation with 235 cc round silicone implants placed in the dual plane subpectoral position through an inframammary approach. Her bra size increased from 32A to 32B/C.
