Breast Augmentation
This is a 29 year-old East Indian female who presented with deflated breasts after having children. She desired larger and fuller breasts and underwent breast augmentation with 545 cc round silicone implants placed in the dual plane subpectoral position through an inframammary approach. Her bra size increased from 36B to 36D.
