Breast Augmentation

Procedure Overview

This is a 32 year-old Caucasian female who had undergone previous breast reduction as a teenager and was left with small, deflated breasts. She desired a very dramatic enlargement of her breasts and underwent breast augmentation with 650 cc smooth round silicone implants placed in the dual plane subpectoral position through the existing inframammary scars. She went from a 36A to 36DDD size.

Doctor's Notes

This procedure was more challenging than most due to her desire for very large, ultra high profile implants, as well as the history of previous breast reduction.

We were able to achieve a dramatic yet still attractive enlargement due to superior planning and technique.
