Procedure Overview

This is a 27 year-old Chinese female with small breasts who desired breast enlargement. She underwent breast augmentation with 275 cc smooth round silicone implants placed in the dual plane subpectoral position through an inframammary approach. She went from a 32A to 32C size.

Doctor's Notes

Some Asian women are very thin with little natural breast tissue, such as this patient. This makes factors such as choosing a proper size implant, maximizing implant soft tissue coverage, and placing the incisions meticulously even more critical.
