Breast Augmentation

This is a 32 year-old Middle Eastern female who presented with breast asymmetry and desired larger and more symmetric breasts. She underwent breast augmentation with 355 cc and 305 cc round silicone implants placed in the dual plane subpectoral position through an inframammary approach. Her bra size increased from a 32A to 32C size.

Doctor's Notes

The patient’s native body asymmetry (note how the entire right half of her body is narrower than her left) and scoliosis made this a challenging case. Her breast asymmetry is significantly improved, and she has a beautiful natural look.
