Procedure Overview

This is a 28 year-old Asian female with small breasts who desired larger and fuller breasts. She underwent SMART XL Breast Augmentation with 415 cc round silicone implants placed in the dual plane subpectoral position through an inframammary approach. Her bra size increased from a 32A to 32D size.
