This is a healthy, active 24 year-old Caucasian woman who was bothered by her thick ankles. She underwent liposuction of the ankles and calves while awake under local anesthesia. A total of 400cc was removed.
You have to look at the photos closely, but you can see that a little slimming can make all the difference in obtaining more shapely and feminine ankles. Treating ankles and calves requires a great deal of skill and precision as well as careful patient selection.
